On our website prices and charges are mentioned in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) excluding GST. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges at any time, for any reason. If a price is altered after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it. When you will place an order, you will be paying in NZ$ as our bank account currency is NZ$. Exchange rates are always fluctuating and differ bank to bank so the currency conversation rates on website are just for basic guidance. If your bank charges you any extra fee or different exchange rate while making payment to us we cannot take responsibility for that.

We are not liable for any Gst/Vat or duties outside New Zealand if you buying products for other than New Zealand these costs are buyer’s responsibility. We do our best to mention accurate pricing on our website however human or system error is possible at any time, in case of such error in pricing which is making loss to either party are subject correction and we are not liable to fulfil order with such pricing error (We will follow a fair way and law in such cases)

GLT ltd stands behind its products. We make sure customers are satisfied with products. If you receive faulty products please inform us the problem with its pictures and we will solve the issue in a way you are satisfied it can be replacement, refund or partial refund if you decide to keep the product and can use it??? (you already have this with you).

Please use that wordings If you change your mind or unhappy with purchase you can return within 7 days of delivery, however it must be in original & sellable condition with packing and tags. In such case of change of mind or wrong order placement by customer we will deduct $10 from amount to cover our sending cost of goods.

Because of hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of mattress toppers, Mattress protectors and Anti bed bug unless they are faulty. If we send wrong product or size by mistake, please do not open it and inform us we will replace it with correct product at our cost.

All Pictures, Contents& Logo are property of Linen & Towel ltd and must not be used or pass to third party for copy or modify in any case. We have displayed these pictures and contents on website for information and marketing purpose only and it will remain our property and no one is allowed to use them in any case.

Since we try our best to supply best quality products so we love to provide maximum information correctly to our customers that includes but not limit to Material, Sizes & Manufacturing construction (Thread count or weight etc.). A very minor variation in colours and sizes measurements are possible which should not affect the overall quality of products.

We try utmost to present the true and actual pictures of our products and we use professional photographer for this purpose. However because of lighting effects and setting of goods for photography you may find the product with minor colour shade difference, rest assured the quality of product will be as per specification mentioned by us.

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability in our physical and online store.  We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase at our physical stores or online.

Once your order is confirmed we are unable to cancel order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order. However just after placement of your order if you realize that you have choose wrong size or item you can send email us for correction of order, however sending email is not guarantee that your email has received to us and it has been noticed before shipping of goods. Order change will be only confirmed after we send you email that we have received email for it and goods not yet shipped. After shipping of goods by us if any item change required (subject to availability of required item, both side shipping cost for returning goods and getting changed item will be paid by customer in such case goods must not be unpacked and should be returned in original condition.

We try our best to provide you a safe and secure shopping experience. All payments completed via our website are encrypted to protect our customers. However keeping user ID and password safe is t customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is confirmed we are unable to cancel order if your order has been moved into dispatched stage. Usually we take 1 to 2 days for processing your order and shipping it. So if you want to cancel your order make sure to get back to us in 24 hours maximum.

Our maximum responsibility for sold goods is the actual cost or replacement of goods that customer has paid for.

In event of non-delivery / delay delivery / wrong delivery or if products get damage during shipping we are not liable for any indirect or consequential or special loss or damage losses of sale / profits or loss of opportunity.

If goods are lost during shipping / delivery, customer will allow us a time required by shipping / courier companies for tracing of goods or claiming with them in case of lost goods cannot be find
