REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At GLT linen and towels, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you find that the item you’ve purchased doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we offer the following options

 

Conditions for Returns:

You are welcome to return an item if:

  • It doesn’t fit the description of the product you ordered.
  • It’s damaged or defective.

Options for Returns:

  1. Replace the Item: If the item you received doesn’t match the product description or is damaged, you can choose to have it replaced with a new, correct item.
  2. Return the Item and Get a Refund: If you decide not to keep the item due to it not meeting your expectations or being damaged, you can return it and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  3. Keep the Item and Get a Partial Refund: In some cases, you may opt to keep the item despite its issues, and we may offer you a partial refund as compensation for any inconvenience or costs incurred

 

If you received damaged or incorrect items due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement items to you. Our aim is to ensure that you do not incur any additional expenses for our mistake.

Please note that all requests for returns and refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
